Thomas F. Crawford is the founding partner of the firm and a seasoned trial attorney with decades of experience in personal injury and complex civil litigation. His practice includes motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, debt defense, and general commercial litigation. Over the years, Tom has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of high-stakes matters, both as plaintiffs and defendants.

Known for his creative and results-driven approach, Tom is often retained in cases that other attorneys have declined or considered too difficult to win. His ability to identify overlooked claims, apply pressure through litigation, and find strategic angles has led to successful outcomes in cases others walked away from.

In addition to his litigation work, Tom maintains a real estate portfolio that includes several historically significant properties and a preserved hotel. Personally overseeing their restoration, Tom has developed substantial hands-on experience in construction, real estate investment, and property sales. This background also informs his role as general counsel to numerous small- and mid-sized businesses in the construction and real estate sectors.

Born and raised in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Tom graduated at the top of his class from Cardinal Dougherty High School and LaSalle University. He earned his J.D. from Villanova Law School in 1982 and began his legal career with the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s Office, where he handled high-exposure civil litigation for the City. Since entering private practice in 1987, he has advised major landowners, developers, and individuals in a broad spectrum of legal disputes.

A Bucks County resident for over 30 years, Tom is the proud father of six and grandfather of two. He has coached youth soccer, basketball, and hockey, and for more than 20 years served as a volunteer Santa Claus for special needs children at the Woods School in Langhorne, PA.

Naomi K. Minhas is a dedicated civil litigator at Crawford Law, where she began her legal career as a law student. She joined Thomas F. Crawford, P.C. during her second year at Villanova Law and quickly rose through the ranks. Naomi brings a broad and dynamic legal background to the firm. She has assisted on personal injury matters ranging from rear-end motor vehicle accidents to catastrophic trucking cases involving death; her work spans both plaintiff and defense sides.

Prior to rejoining the firm full-time, Naomi spent several years as a law clerk at a mid-to-large national firm, working on medical malpractice and long-term care defense for hospitals and nursing homes across the country. Many of the cases she supported involved multimillion-dollar exposures and required complex trial preparation, jury research, and extensive discovery coordination.

Naomi’s commitment to advocacy began before law school, with formative experience at the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office and as a judicial intern for a Judge at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. These early roles gave her a strong foundation in courtroom procedure and client-centered service.

A first-generation high school and college graduate, Naomi draws from her own unconventional upbringing to connect deeply with clients. Her life experience allows her to approach each case with empathy, grit, and a nuanced understanding of the challenges many clients face—especially those who feel overlooked or unheard in the legal system.

She earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she received a CALI Award and held leadership roles in several student organizations. She also holds a business certificate from Cornell University and a B.S. in Psychology from Penn State.
